New Article on Fraternity Leadership Outcomes

I recently was co-authored with Drs. Meghan Grace (Plaid, LLC), Kim E. Bullington (Old Dominion University), Dawn Wiese (Foundation for Fraternal Excellence), Kathleen Stedman (Commonwealth of Massachusetts Health and Human Services), and colleagues Xinyue “Coco” Liu (University of Utah), Anthony M. Graziani (Kappa Alpha Order). This article is entitled “Educating Future Leaders in Fraternities: Outcomes from Participation in a National Fraternity Emerging Leaders Program” in the Journal of Campus Activities Practice & Scholarship. This article focuses on the leadership development outcomes from an emerging leaders program of a national fraternity in which a comparison group is included of nonparticipants. Recommendations for practice are included to address the “transfer problem of leadership” (i.e. theory to practice) application and provide future directions for emerging leaders program.

The article is available open source here.
